Hi, I’m Katie Carter

I am a content creator with 25 years of experience whose contributions to the modern media maelstrom provide salve for the soul, buoyancy of human connection, and seeds of inspiration.

My passion is sharing the extraordinary stories of ordinary people.

My gift is creating a safe space for intimate, real conversations.

Perpetually curious and learning ways of being better at being human, this journey of existence has provided countless opportunities for more expansive awareness and wisdom.

Aside from lessons gleaned via the school of life, undergraduate degrees in psychology, English, and education, as well as a master’s degree in English, round out my formal education.

As a graduate assistant teaching Mass Media and Society, my perspective of the power of messaging and media led to my master’s thesis which focused on the culturally subversive power of domestic literature during the late 1960s and early 1970s.

I’m available for an array of projects including, but not limited to, producing audio segments and podcasts, voice over work, crafting promotional messaging, grant proposals, blog posts, and social media content.
